The RRR4U Consortium invites you to the presentation of the new release of the monitoring of the implementation of the IMF program conditions and EU assistance under the Ukraine Facility: “Economic Sustainability and Reforms: Results of the First Half of 2024.” During the event, we will summarize the fourth review of the IMF program and present the most up-to-date data on the implementation of Ukraine’s Plan under the Ukraine Facility.

Speakers will also discuss a special topic: “Financial Status of District Heating Enterprises (DHE),” which concerns one of the structural benchmarks of the IMF program.

Ukraine is set to receive $2.2 billion from the IMF. This follows the fact that, for the first time in the Fund’s program, Ukraine reached the fourth review. Additionally, it met all quantitative criteria and structural benchmarks for the review. Another €1.9 billion in aid is expected from the EU in June, as announced by the President of the European Commission at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin.
