Ukraine’s EU Integration in the Agricultural Sector: Staying Aligned with EU

Organiser: Information Center "Green Dossier"

Format: in-person (Kyiv) and online

Recent changes in EU agricultural policy will significantly impact the future of Ukraine’s agrarian sector. In particular, the strategic guidelines for the agri-food sector, presented by the European Commission on February 19, 2025, in the Vision for Agriculture and Food, along with expected adjustments in CAP funding after 2027, will directly influence farmer support policies and sustainability standards.

In 2024, the Strategic Dialogue on the Future of the EU Agricultural Sector resulted in a report with recommendations for further transformation of EU agriculture. In 2025, the European Board for Agriculture and Food (EBAF) was established, bringing together civil society organizations and expert communities from various sectors.
