What should Ukraine's green reconstruction be like? What difficulties does Ukraine face in this process?

During the event, speakers will discuss:

  • How do different stakeholders view green reconstruction?

  • What achievements and difficulties in the reconstruction process can be identified over the past year?

  • How are civil society and government authorities preparing for the Ukraine Recovery Conference which will take place in Rome in July 2025?

  • What should be the primary focus of policy and practical actions to ensure that reconstruction is based on green principles?

  • What successful examples of green recovery already exist in Ukraine?

During the event, the Resource and Analytical Centre “Society and Environment” will also present an analytical report “Green Reconstruction of Ukraine: Processes, Forms and Visions of Key Stakeholders”.

Representatives of government authorities, parliament, civil society organisations, think tanks and anyone interested in the green reconstruction of Ukraine are invited to participate.
