Women in Sustainable Energy (WISE Ukraine) is an 18-month project running from December 2025 to May 2027, with the training programme taking place from April 2026 to May 2027. The programme combines Swedish and Ukrainian expertise in a blended, interactive training model with international peer exchange and strong institutional anchoring.

  • International exchange: one week in Sweden, Stockholm and 2 days in Ukraine

  • Strong professional networks in Ukraine and internationally

  • Fully funded participation (training, travel, accommodation, and meals)

  • Ukrainian language support will be provided, translation will be available during training events
