During the event, speakers will focus on the main achievements and challenges in the implementation of the Ukraine Plan during the presentation of RRR4U's traditional study "Monitoring of the Implementation of IMF Program Conditions and EU Assistance under the Ukraine Facility".

The special topic of the new issue is civil service reform, one of the key areas of the Ukraine Plan within the Ukraine Facility.

Spealers will also talk about the implementation of the International Monetary Fund's structural benchmarks. The discussion will be complemented by an expert panel discussion "Civil Service Reform: A New Approach to Solving an Old Problem," as well as a question-and-answer session.
