Gdansk Common Message

Developed ahead of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 through contributions from more than 200 organisations, the Gdańsk Common Message brings together a shared vision for Ukraine's recovery and European future. The message is clear: Ukraine's recovery must be people-centred, grounded in human rights, and built through genuine partnership. Civil society must be recognised not simply as a participant, but as a strategic partner in shaping recovery.
