Ukrainian economy before URC2025 and the new budget cycle

Organiser: Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER)

Format: hybrid (in person in Kyiv and online)

Before the annual Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025, which will take place on 10-11 July, expert community will gather to objectively assess the state of the Ukrainian economy and discuss issues that need to be taken into account and resolved in the process of our country's further recovery. This conversation is also important in preparation for the Budget Declaration for 2026-2028 and the State Budget for 2026.

Today, Ukraine's economic situation is the subject of discussion at many national and international forums. However, effective decision-making requires a broader vision:

  • how the current state of the Ukrainian economy will affect the country's future;

  • what challenges Ukraine faces in terms of economic stability and recovery in a highly uncertain environment.

Join the discussion, during which IER analytical team, invited experts and government officials will cover the following topic: the state of the Ukrainian economy, challenges facing business, the state of the energy sector, transport infrastructure, the level of digitalisation, the customs sector, Ukraine's European integration, and Ukraine's place in a changing global world.
