The RRR4U Consortium invites you to participate in the event “Monitoring the Implementation of IMF Programme and EU Assistance ”. This regular monitoring event will focus on Ukraine’s preparations for the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 (URC-2026).

The discussion aims to assess Ukraine’s progress in fulfilling its commitments in preparation for URC-2026 across the conference’s five thematic dimensions:

  • Business Dimension;

  • Human Dimension;

  • Local and Regional Dimension;

  • European Dimension;

  • Security and Defence Dimension.

During the event, Consortium experts will present an assessment of completed and pending tasks within the respective URC-2026 dimensions, outline key challenges and expectations for the upcoming conference, and provide specific recommendations for next steps for Ukraine and its international partners.

Following the discussion, a brief policy paper outlining priorities for Ukraine’s economic policy and recovery efforts ahead of URC-2026 will be prepared.
