How can Ukraine make EU climate and energy alignment a trusted, people-centred reform pathway in wartime? What role can independent scientific institutions play in building bridges across divides and strengthening evidence-based policy? How do we strengthen trust in institutions and improve public communication of evidence — including in the face of disinformation? How can we support the leaders who carry this responsibility?
