Labour mobility and workforce integration are key components of economic cooperation between Ukraine and Poland. As Ukraine moves towards EU membership, both countries face new challenges and opportunities related to the movement of workers, mutual recognition of qualifications, and access to labour markets.

The discussion will focus on how to make labour mobility mutually beneficial, address administrative and legal barriers, and ensure that both Ukrainian and Polish businesses and employees can fully benefit from a shared European labour market.
