Presentation of the integrated vision of the Dnipro River

Organisers: Ro3kvit: Urban Coalition for Ukraine, Kharkiv School of Architecture

Format: in person

Join the presentation of the integrated vision of the Dnipro River in a lecture format by Ro3kvit’s co-founder Fulco Treffers. This presentation will show the untapped potential of the river, as well as how important the Dnipro River is for Ukraine in a broader context.

The integrated vision of the Dnipro River combines different themes, or as Ro3kvit likes to call them, layers. Combining and overlaying various social, cultural, natural, spatial, and economic layers, they also included historical, personal, and sustainability layers.

This vision can be seen as a combination of research, scenarios, and ideas offered to an international audience: planners, policy makers, experts in various fields, and the general public. It is a compilation of facts and experiences from the past and present, an analytical work that is offered for consideration when discussing future possibilities for the Dnipro River.
